Our Services

Devsy Tech provides technology and digital services that may include software development, web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, artificial intelligence, automation, APIs, data solutions, e-commerce systems, consulting and related technology services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and obligations for a client project may be defined in a proposal, quotation, statement of work, contract or other written agreement.

Public descriptions of our services do not necessarily constitute a binding offer to provide a particular service.

06
06

Project Engagements

For custom development projects, the parties may agree on a defined scope of work, milestones, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and timelines.

Project Expectations
Requirements should be communicated accurately and clearly.
Client approvals and feedback should be provided within agreed timelines.
Changes to agreed scope may affect price, delivery date or both.
Third-party dependencies may affect project delivery.
Final deliverables may depend on receipt of required information or assets.
Additional work outside agreed scope may require separate authorization.

A written project agreement or statement of work will take precedence over these general Terms where the two documents directly conflict in relation to that specific project.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, sell or commercially exploit Devsy Tech intellectual property without appropriate authorization.

For custom client projects, ownership and licensing of deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement, including any provisions concerning source code, reusable components, third-party software and pre-existing intellectual property.

Third-Party & Open-Source Components
Some projects may include third-party libraries or services.
Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Examples may include hosting platforms, payment providers, analytics services, communication tools, AI infrastructure, authentication systems, software libraries and external websites.

15
15

Confidentiality

During a project or business relationship, each party may receive confidential information belonging to the other.

Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate purposes connected with the relationship.

Confidentiality obligations may be supplemented by a separate non-disclosure agreement or project contract where appropriate.

Information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source or required to be disclosed by law may not be treated as confidential to the same extent.

16
16

Privacy

Your use of Devsy Tech services may involve the processing of personal information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, retain and otherwise process personal information.

17

Availability & Changes to Services

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that every service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features or services from time to time. We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, operational or technical reasons.

Where a separate agreement establishes service levels, availability commitments or support obligations, that agreement will govern those matters.

18
18

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devsy Tech services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every particular purpose.

We also do not guarantee that information obtained through our services will always be complete, accurate, current or suitable for a particular decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19
19

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devsy Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from or relating to the use of our websites or services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or anticipated savings, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement governing a project.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

20
20

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reasonably cooperate with Devsy Tech in responding to claims arising from your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

Any indemnification obligations for a particular project may be defined more specifically in the applicable project agreement.

21
21

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a website or service where reasonably necessary, including where you materially violate these Terms, create a security risk, misuse a service or engage in unlawful conduct.

Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice before termination. Immediate action may be necessary where there is a serious security, legal or operational concern.

Termination does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations and applicable limitations of liability.

22
22

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, to the extent applicable.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication and reasonable negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the courts or other dispute-resolution forum having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

!Project-specific agreements
A separate written contract, statement of work or other agreement may contain specific dispute-resolution provisions that apply to that particular engagement.
23
23

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

If it cannot be made enforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
